Not sure i should be telling you about this place, as it is a gem and it would be tragic if it were overrun with guests. Very relaxing, beautiful view of the Spree, easy access for swimming too. A piece of living history, original places like this are very rare.

Lovely little place serving simple food well cooked. Lots of events with choir exchanges and bands; all overlooking a well kept swimming area and playground. They close quite early depending on how busy they are.
Good service, comfortable atmosphere, and nice food. There's a nearby hiking trail, swimming, fishing, boating, a playground, and a beautiful town.

Juni 2022 - auf einer kleinen Kajaktour habe ich heute eine Pause im Strandidyll eingelegt. Ein sehr schönes Restaurant direkt am Badestrand gelegen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und auf das Essen musste ich nicht lange warten. Es hat super geschmeckt.

Das Essen ist lecker die Bratkartoffeln waren Super und die Preise sind auch in Ordnung. 20€ für ein großes Hamburger Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln und 2 Spiegeleiern da kann man nicht meckern. Und auch die Pilzsoßen waren frisch und nicht aus der Dose.
Der Service war nett und zuvorkommend das Essen war schnell und heiß am Tisch und es ist auch Kartenzahlung möglich.
